I'M COMMITTED TO PROVIDING A SAFE AND ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE. MY WORK IS STRICTLY THERAPEUTIC AND NON-SEXUAL.
When not to receive a treatment? You should not receive treatment when you have a fever or if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. For Thai Bodywork, you should first check with your health care provider if you are pregnant, have osteoporosis, high blood pressure, spinal condition, artificial joint, or other serious health conditions.
What to do before & after my session?Do not eat heavy and refrain from coffee, and alcohol at least a few hours before your session. If you can, take some time to breathe and bring your attention inwards. Attend to your body's needs for that particular day and notice what feelings, emotions, and thoughts are present.
Afterward, I recommend that you take a little time for yourself to rest and notice how you feel. Journal if you feel called to it. Or meditate. Take a hot bath, perhaps. Make sure to drink plenty of water, and nourish your body with some healthy food. Remember to be patient and kind to yourself. |
